Noble Garden - What is so Noble about it?

I had a blast working on all the achievements for Noble Garden this past weekend! I figure any holiday that looked liked Easter and had bunnies in it had to be both cute and fun, and I was right. I took my level 80 human DK from Dalaran to Ironforge in Dun Morogh and rode towards the dwarf starting area called Kharanos. When I first came into town there was one thing I noticed immediately, purplish pink bunnies hopping everywhere! At first I thought that they were just some extra level 1 critters WoW had put out for the holiday, until I put my cursor over one and a name along with Draenai Paladin popped up into view I thought, woot! I have hit the jackpot; this is my favorite in game holiday yet!

Warning! Warning! Yes, this DK is partial to the cute and cuddly! Shocking isn’t it?

Now of course along with fun come the party poopers. In my almost two years of playing WoW I have learned many things. One, there are many immature adults in World of Warcraft and they become even more noticeable when there is an in game holiday with achievements such as Nobel Garden. Second, thankfully there are still a few, and I stretch the word feeeewwww, "Noble" players out there so I must not forget to mention them as well.

Meanwhile back in Kharanos, I ran around gathering eggs and every so often I would run up to an egg the same time another player would and of course the first one there gets the prize, just like any other gathering quest in game. But as I was doing this my guildies in vent started complaining about players yelling in open chat about other players taking their eggs. I obviously lucked out because in my area no one was yelling, as a matter of fact people were helping! Yes there was some camping, and when one camper left I got a whisper to park in their spot, and when I got my fill, I whispered to another player to do the same. And if someone took my eggs before I clicked on them so what! It just taught me to click faster next time! Unfortunately many of my guildies did not have my good fortune and quickly tired of dealing with all the whining in their starting areas, and left to go do other in game content.

This brings me back to my earlier comment. There are so many immature adults that yell and whine in open chat about little things like someone stealing their eggs. Wake up people, the eggs are not yours till they are in your bags!

Good luck and enjoy completing your Noble Garden achievements, which ends on May 2nd.
